The En Plein Air Dress is made from our lightest, most delicate embroidered muslin, with a soft plain cotton underlayer. All our garments are crafted from 100% natural fabrics, ensuring that wherever you are, you can feel a gentle breath of fresh air against your skin.
We chose a timeless babydoll silhouette with playful ruffles and bell sleeves not only to make this dress a lasting staple in your wardrobe, but also to ensure it sparks joy, whimsy, and curiosity every time you wear it.
We carefully tested the design so you would not need any additional chest garments to feel supported throughout the day. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. While we carefully package every parcel to help it arrive safely, Red Velvet is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and all original tags remain attached.
As we are currently an online-based store with no physical points of sale, returns are completed by mail. Follow the return instructions included with your order and send your parcel using your preferred postal carrier.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability. We are pleased to offer your first two exchanges free of charge.
If the replacement item is priced lower, we'll refund the difference. If it costs more, you'll be asked to pay the remaining balance before we ship your new item.
